I have always played sports but had also been over weight most of my life. Two years ago I decided to change that and really focused on fitness and eating better.

I lost 60 pounds but gained a new love for fitness. I work out at home or in a gym and love sharing what I have learned about health and fitness.

I am also working on cleaning up my diet and trying not to eat as much processed food.
